The National Junior Elite Racewalk Endowment Fund (NJEREF), donated to NARI in 2007, will hopefully reach the one million dollars or greater endowment level. This endowment will be used to assist junior age, 14-19, elite race walkers as they progress toward international prominence. The endowment funds are gifts that keep on giving since the principal is never touched and only the interest may be used to fund deserving athletes.

The Olympic Games Training Fund was created in 2012. USARWF is now offering one additional donation option, specifically to assist athletes currently in training for the 2020 Olympic race walk competitions in 20k and/or 50k. Donations earmarked for the new Olympic Games Training Fund will be used solely to assist our best prospects. As such, applicants must have demonstrated times that approach the IAAF standards for their event. The fund will be supported by donations. Providing assistance for travel to international meets, high altitude training sites, or assistance needed for a long-range training program will be a priority for funding when monies are available.
A race walker meeting our standards may receive assistance from this fund.

Through a youth development grant funded by USATF, USARWF (formerly named NARI at the time) is pleased to be participating in a outreach program to America's potential youth race walkers. Together we've developed the 2nd Edition of Racewalking, Fun! Please feel free to download a copy of the pdf version of our second edition. Help spread the word. You may freely distribute an unmodified version of this book as long as you site racewalk.com, NARI and especially USATF as the source.
Athletes may apply for grants to support their training and quest to stand on the podium at the Olympics. Learn more by reading about our criteria for grants.
